Role Description
The Digital Operations Intern / Social Media Intern role is a full-time internship located on-site in Dhaka. This role will support the Digital Operations/Social Media team and assist in creating and curating content for social media platforms, monitoring and reporting on social media metrics, and contributing to the overall digital strategy of the organization. The ideal candidate must have a strong passion for digital marketing and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in the field.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Journalism or a related field. (Running students can apply for this post)
- Passion for sports, fitness, and a good understanding of the sports industry.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
- Experience in using social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
