Role Description
As an HR & Admin Intern, you will be provided with a hands-on learning experience in the areas of human resources and administration. You will work closely with our HR and administrative teams to understand the key functions of these departments and contribute to various projects and initiatives. Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Ability to maintain confidential information and display a high level of professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel Mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and participating in candidate assessments.
- Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees, helping them integrate into the company.
- Employee Records: Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and files in compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
- HR Documentation: Help in the preparation and organization of HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and performance reviews.
- Admin Support: Provide administrative support for office management and daily operations, including office supplies, travel coordination, and scheduling.
- Employee Engagement: Contribute to planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
