When we complain, it produces some good feelings, we are ventung pressures. Complaining changes the balance of negative/ positive energy, and for a brief moment, we feel better. And it is addictive.
This is the problem, By complaining we are not only wasting our time but also like other addictions, we are feeding a spin of destructive, never-ending cycles.
Complaining might give us a better feeling instantly, but it spreads out which might create discomfort in the long run.
The release of pressure, the good feelings (by complaining) are ephemeral. In fact the more we complain, the more likely the frustration will increase.
