The University is governed by a board of trustees constituted as per the Private Universities Act 2010. Primeasia University is a member of the Association of Private Universities in Bangladesh.
The intent was to maximize the potential of each student in a competitive environment. In turn, this would facilitate the economic growth and development of Bangladesh. The rise of Primeasia has been phenomenal since its inception, with its current cutting-edge enrollment of almost 4,000 students, about 200 highly qualified faculty members, more than 60 well-equipped modern labs, and a fully digitalized library.
