ZNRF University of Management Sciences

The ZNRF University of Management Sciences (ZUMS) is a not-for-profit higher educational institution located in Dhaka city’s lush green northern part of Gulshan-2. The ZUMS has received permission from the Government of Bangladesh and the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh to operate as a university under the Private University Act 2010. Not many private universities in Bangladesh can point to one charitable foundation as their single founding benefactor. The Zubaidur and Nargis Rahman Foundation (ZNRF) in Bangladesh is the sole sponsor of ZUMS.

This university has been conceptualized and designed as a leading institution of higher learning with the objective of imparting educational programs to advance knowledge and educate students in management, technology, and other areas of scholarship that will best serve the Bangladesh economy and the world in the twenty-first century. Moreover, arrangements are being put in place for emergence of ZUMS as a leading research university within the shortest possible time.
