โพCreate and execute comprehensive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and team-building activities.
โพManage workplace safety concerns and address complaints.
โพAssist with ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
โพDesign and oversee initiatives that promote employees' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
โพAssist with implementing customized retention strategies to tackle specific workforce challenges to address potential retention concerns proactively.
โพCollect, analyze, and report on employee turnover, engagement, and satisfaction data.
