Job Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner

Escalating customer issues to senior team members when necessary

Providing customers with product and service information

Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the customer experience
